Certified coaches get the opportunity to have a supervision interview with Dr. Ronald Franke. In this conversation, individual questions that have arisen for the coaches during the application of the LINC PERSONALITY PROFILER can be clarified. Dr. Franke supports the coaches with his experience with the application of the LPP, his many years of coaching practice and psychological background knowledge. In this way, the coaches can strengthen their practical skills for the use of the tool and gain confidence even for difficult cases of application.
