What is the LPP EXTERNAL REVIEW
The LPP EXTERNAL REVIEW is part of the LINC Coach/Trainercertification. It enables a systematic comparison between self-perceptionand the perception of others, e.g. within the framework of a 360° feedback processfor managers. By means of descriptive graphics, deviations as well as similarities between self-perception and external perception become clear at a glance.
In a coaching or consulting process, blind spots can be uncovered on the basis of the LPP EXTERNAL REVIEW and opportunities for personal development can be identified and discussed.
This version of the LPP is perfectly suited for all processes in which a self-image/self-image comparison is to take place. This ranges from large-scale feedback processes with several feedback providers to appraisal interviews between supervisors and employees. Specifically, the tool can be used for:
